Buddy
Buddy is a funny, smart dog who enjoys life and is a real buddy boy.
 | Buddy is housetrained and uses a doggie door. Buddy loves his daily walks! The walks are what is helping him become more socialized. He is good with kids he meets on walks and seems to prefer boy children over girl children -- but we are not absolute on that. (It may be that the boy children like him more than the girl children do)

He is very loving and his favorite song is "Rock a bye, baby". Buddy sleeps on the master bed, but during the night, when the other dogs start joining him, he goes off to his own 'nest' in a corner of the bedroom and sleeps there for the rest of the night.
 | Buddy loves his walks and although he is still a bit shy he is getting more outgoing as he meets new people. Buddy knows "sit" and is being taught "down" as in 'lay down'. He weighs approximately 30 oops 35 (!) 27 pounds, and wants to be picked up when he is nervous. Thunder (and fireworks) frightens Buddy, he will try to hide out but still stay near you when thunder starts. Buddy used to be afraid of bicycles to the point of turning around and walking in another direction, he will now walk by them with no problem. |
